Ace hardware has a nice selection of metric bolts.

Lowes does too. I went there the other day and got some grade 8s for my tow hook.

If you can get the size and thread pitch you will be set.

Lowes has a very limited selection of fine thread metric bolts, if any.

Look in your local yellow pages for a bolt/fastener shop or an industrial supply.

Metric is 10.9 (Grade 8 equivalent) or 8.8 (Grade 5 equivalent)
