Under the truck right? I have it too. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's some sort of anti-corrosion spray.. not sure why you want to get rid of it.. can't see it unless your under the rig. If anything it's probably providing some sound insulation from the road..

Yeah it's raining in Pcola now too your going to get some really good stuff in a couple of hours. Yeah we don't salt the roads but the salt in the air and in the sand will rust the bottom of your truck pretty good, I'm going to undercoat mine this weekend if the weather clears.

The bodyshop I used to work at has a couple of tricks. Unfortuneately both involve re-painting the areas covered by the undercoating. This may not be a concern if it is on the undercarriage only:

1.) Sandblaster: this will strip off the coating right down to the bare metal. Take caution in this if your rocker panels are rusting or heavily corroded; the sandblaster may blow straight through the panels. Don't get too close with the nozzle if working on or near body panels - you may dent them severely.

2.) A chemical called "Polystripper" - comes in a white & yellow can. Highly toxic & corrosive but does the trick well. Pour it on over the required area & use a paint scrapper or bondo knife to remove the unwanted material.
