Tail lights on a custom bed?

I've got a 88' pickup and I have a Wooden Bed, I've been running trailer lights for the past 2 months but the converter box i was using got wet and broke (converter box chanages from havening the turn and stop lights separate to having turn+stop lights share). Instead of buying another box I like the Idea of have separate stop and turn signal lights anyway. But if i just add on another cheap autozone brake light Im going to have 3 different shape lights and it'll look like crap. (square turn/parking, circle stop, and rectangle "reverse" aka foglights) does anybody have an example of a successful solution?

Well it wont really help you, but I would LOVE to see stock tail lights grafted in I always thought they looked great.
