I bought these, you need to change flasher to avoid the LED fast flash when you install most LED directionals:
1157 2 Tail/brake lite bulbs: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B076YT323X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s01?ie=UTF8&ps c=1
1156 6 directionals/backup: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0721FNCWP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s01?ie=UTF8&ps c=1
Flasher: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JXLHE8S/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I got 4 LED T10 bulbs for the license plate and parking light bulbs on eBay

For the flasher unit, I have used a Tridon EP-35 unit,it was a direct replacement for my 94
not sure how far you want to go but I cut out the back of the light housings on my 4runner brake lights:
Flasher stuff:
Amazon has a complete replacement LED housing

Did a few miscellaneous projects today before I tore into the transfer case
After a few years of using zip ties to mount the license plate and front turn signals figured it was about time to do something a little more refined
Center mounted the license plate with some counter sunk bolts welded on the winch mount
hard mounted the turn signals
when I made version 1.0 of my LED taillights I got a little crazy with clear epoxy and it ended up obstructing some of the LED's.
version 2.0 came out a little better. New one on the left, old on the right
Old
new
Occupation of the garage has begun

Was feeling like crap all day so all I got done was as swapping the stock turn signal flasher for an EP-35. It is LED compatible.
the flasher is sort of a pain to get to. It is mounted under the dash to the left of the steering column.
pulling the HVAC tube out of the way helps get you a little more room
Places will tell you the EP-35 isn't compatible but it was a direct replacement
Eliminated the hyper flash

Yeah, the flasher I used was not a direct plug-in for a 92
