Is it possible to put tacoma tail lights on a 2nd Gen 4Runner? I have read that they have screws instead of clips on the sides, but could you just drill some holes for the screws? Are the tail lights the same shape?

 

No because the holes for the tail lights is completely different shape. You would have to do some custom body shaping to get them to fit.
