Sweet 22re music

Well OK guy's and girl's here it is debuting for the first time any where the sweet sounds of a freshly built 22re with the L.C. Engineering Pro Street head and cam band running into a Flow Master Muffler.

http://s184.photobucket.com/albums/x...ent=085247.flv

I think she may have turned out pretty good for a first time build and all my info to build it was found mostly here on this site.

THANKS GUY'S IT MEANS A LOT TO HEAR THAT FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW A 22RE! AND HOW THEY SHOULD SOUND

After I get a few miles on it I may do just that so I know what all this add's upto power wise and how the 5.29's deal with it , but I think that I am going to wait till I get at least 3k on the motor so I know every thing is broke in right and I can add the new CASTROL or AMSOIL synthetic in it.

I am really suprised at how great that set-up sounds through the entire rpm range! Job well done. Engine compartmnet looks well thought out and clean. I would have never guessed a first time builder as it looks (and sounds) top-notch to me. It's just so weird of after servicing these engines for so long and now seeing what they can be when an enthusiast get's his hands on one.

It's a 40 with 2.5 exhaust pipe from header to muffler and then out.

Quick question about the detail of your engine. As far as the Valve Cover, what kind of paint did you use? I would love to go w/ a LCEnginering Powder-coated unit but that's a little high if I can paint it myself. I've found that Duplicolor Caliper Paint works great on engine brackets and such but just was curious as to which route you went.
