supra lsd axle lenght
What about if i dont cut the axle to fit the supra lsd? i just push the axles and it goes completely into the bearing housing,i beleive if axles was to large it will not fully sit the bearing housing to axle housing.

I'm assuming you're talking about putting a 7.5" supra lsd into your front diff.
If you don't cut down the axles, they push against the plate inside the LSD (look at it, there's a plate across the inside), and then they will not seat against the oil seals.
It'll work and you can run it, but you'll lose all your diff oil in a really short amount of time (aka the end of your driveway).

Well that would've been good to know in the first post.
I've installed a supra LSD into a rear diff, it works, follow the instructions on zuk's gear installs website. I used the service manual as well for instructions on how to setup the backlash. I suggest you spend some time reading the gearinstalls.com website. I had to make a tool to turn the bearing adjuster wheels.
