Sun visor '87 Runner

Finally got a sun visor for my runner. Problem is I'm concerned about leaks. Has anyone put one on their Runner? If so please tell me what hardware to use to attach it to the truck without leaks.

I used sheet metal screws that have a convex type washer with them. Drilled a small pilot hole, then dipped the screw in silicone sealant before install. Been through lots of car washes and no leaks yet.

Sheet metal screws (I used the dorky little plastic caps that cover them as well), use a piece of tape over the holes as you drill (keeps marks on the metal down), dab of silicone over the hole/on the screw, and your golden. No leaks or issues on either of my trucks (or any of the trucks at work which have had them for years on end...)
