I've had a stutter during low rpm acceleration, and it was noticeable while idling as well.

I just changed the plugs-wires-cap and the stutter is a little more pronounced. Anyone else had this happen?

What else should I look at - Timing? fuel filter? Vac leak, O2?

I have that exact same problem with my 22R and i've done a complete tune up and a fuel filter. I can't figure it out either?

 

Start with timing and make sure you advances are working correctly.

 

if you pull the plug wires off one at a time while running- it will help u find if you have a dead or weak cylinder. Its a quick check, compression check will tell you alot more.

 

Dang NGK wire came loose! So I monkeyd with the posts and got them all sitting tight and firm. Running much better now.
