Thumbs up Steering coupling

I have a 1991 4x4 4 cylinder pickup. I am trying to find a steering coupling. Do I need a specific one made for toyota or is there a general size that will fit, or is it possible to use one from another toyota from the same year or generation? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
