Starting to strip my Donor truck for my 3.0 swap.
i started out today stripping the front end of the truck, im gonna keep adding pics of my swap throughout this thread.
heres the start of the process.
cleaned the engine bay with a pressure washer to begin.
took off front fenders, air intake assembly, radiator(from a 84 firebird lol..) and the "cowgate" that they welded on the front.

this is the "cowgate" im talking about. weighed like 100lbs lol..

all of this done in about an hour and a half. will post as i move along.

ya exactly, this 3.0 has less milage and also runs on 6 cylinders lol, my other one is running on 5 cylinders, and i dont have the time to figure out why, well pretty sure its a valve, but im gonna slowly rebuild it to completely new. then do another swap.
