Go slow welding the sheet, or it'll warp like crazy.

Tack here, tack over there, then way over here, keep splitting the distance between the tacks until you can run a bead between them.

well she's all done now except for the bondo that'll come when i paint her. but its lookin pretty good now. it took us a surprisingly long time to do all of this tho cuz i wanted it perfect so we had a whole whole lot of grinding involved but i am still very proud of the work we did.
me and my buddy are gonna have to build a new bumper now since the old smittybuilt wont go on anymore but thats no bug deal

pretty good progress, but always remember: built what's smart, not what's "awesome"

unless it's just a trail-truck, then by all means, go all out

thanks guys.

bleeder this was a choice of what was smart this time lol
it is my dd but i wheel it ALOT and was always gettin hung up on the stupid longbed.

scuba, i only took out a foot because i wanted to be able to buy a canopy and put one on for when i'm travelin to college and what not.

ya know i've had countless people tell me that i should have taped off a nice stripe but i'm just not too worried about it for the time being because the whole thing is gettin a fresh coat of olive drab soon since the factory paint on it is startin to go to crap
