start up idle troubles

Well last week it was idling up and down surging. I cleaned the IAC and then made sure no air was in the coolant system and it runs and idles fine. I also took the t.b. off and cleaned it and the butterfly really good.
Cold start up is good as it idles up like normal. The trouble comes after you drive it a bit and shut it off and crank again. Then it wants to load up like and idle low..500 and lower and the idle is rough. You can rev it up a little and it will level off to 750.
What is causing this? Tps? I would think it would be the coils start sensor. Not sure, but it is annoying at start up.

Pretty much exactly the same symptom I am getting. I wonder if it's the same thing, I also just recently cleaned out my TB, IAC, and adjusted TPS.

If you start your car with your foot on the gas pedal it starts up fine?

After I installed my flame thrower injectors & cleaned our my plenum and butterfly valve I had to run it for 5 or six good cycles, with full cool down at night. The computer in ally adjusted. Then my tps went out and after replacement I had to do that again. Now it runs great but I just found out I have a random oil leak. But that's a different thread. Oh well back to the garage.
