That's pretty cool. I was gonna do a real flatbed, but decided that I'm gonna go the half buggy route. Tie the bed into the sliders, the sliders into the stinger, and the exo into everything else. Lol.

Surprised you didn't notice my wabfab sticker on my rear window? I had other wabfab stickers (the www.wabfab.org ones, not the picture one) on the doors, but unfortunately those and my aussie locker stickers had to die so the cab could get sanded... Speaking of which, I'm still waiting for my shirt! Lol, just harassing

Looks really good Swampy.
The only thing I didn't like is the back frame rail with the flatbar.
Are you gonna put some kind of recovery point in the back? Is it going to be under that?
I just wondered?

Yeah, I don't much like it myself. Didn't have any 2"x3" square tubing to use instead, but maybe I'll eventually replace it. I think it'll be pretty strong though, especially since I braced it with some hrew in the middle. I am going to do a hoop down to double as not only a step, but also to help protect my ass end from a small car taking out my rear and whatnot.

Hah, thanks. Got off work late, so I was only able to do the frame (decided on gloss black, cause we had some cans laying around, and wire up the lights. Though I am having some problems hooking up the turn signal to the park/brake/turn combo lights I have... If anyone's done these kind and have figured out how to make them work, let me know.

Goodies:

I think I like the black frame/green cage idea a lot better. Before I was for the green frame, but this looks pretty nice. Can't wait to see it all done! The weekend is coming up, I hope your free

Well Saturday is my birthday, so I probably won't get **** done lol. But we plan on painting it tomorrow, work schedule willing. But anyways, got it all wiped down with alcohol to get it ready for paint, picked up another set of lights to simplify the wiring headache, and welded on a muffler. Last shots of it before it gets painted:

Got the first coat of flat black on the body. Looks killer. Buddy wanted to call it a day early, so we'll finish the last couple coats tomorrow, then she's all done. For now......

Dunno about famous. Somewhat infamous. Lol, it's my buddy's shop. Do lifts almost exclusively for Land Rover, straight from the factory to the shop to Land Rover's showroom floor. Pretty lucrative, do about $30k a day for LC alone. Then there's the occasional "I've got more money than I know what to do with, so lift this as high as you want" truck lift, like this one:

Hell no. It's the 2f mated to a 5spd, arb lockers and winch front and rear, 5 train horn actually straight off train, lot of other odds and ends. It's sick. Completely waterproof motor and whatnot.

Hah, thanks for the early bday. Yeah it's different, but still a tribute to the original.
