Sputter on heavy acceleration

ok so i adjusted my idle today which helped, but ive always have had a somewhat large sputter when i accelerate very fast from idle not really sure where to go from here tried searching for ideas but couldnt like find anything.

90 runner 3.0 auto

Mine does the same thing. I still havent got the timing just right since the half rebuild.

How the cap, rotor, wires and spark plugs? New, old? Might not be a bad idea to do a tune up.

yes changed all but fuel filter and done the tb will have to do. is it hard?
