spuddering issues

I was just graciously handed a 1990 2wd pickup 3.0 v6 efi manual. It has spuddering issues though. It did sit for awhile and spuddered when we got it. So I have put fresh gas with lucas fuel cleaner in it, changed plugs, and changed the fuel filter. Yet still the same rough idle and when you press the pedal it spudders roughly then increases rpm but still struggles leaving gear. Im sure it needs clutch adjustments as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

My 22RE just recently started doing that too, I will keeping on eye on your post to see what responses come back on this. I suspect the fuel filter, or wiring on an injector but I recently changed the timing and discovered some issues with the pedal with mine. Mine only does it after its warmed up so it has me curious for sure.
However I love to read posts like yours because it never hurts to get other input on a problem.
