Spray in linered' rear bumper

I had to remove the rear bumper to clean up some surface rust in the back of the truck so I had a coworker spray it with our version of spray liner (Reflex). You can color match it but I just went with good ole black. The bumper was getting rusty on the inside and looking poor so I cleaned the inside and rust proofed it. Yeah I should done the hitch at the same time...

i shouldnt have done the bumper, but the rust under it had to be hit before it got nasty and the "while you're in there" process took over.. then I realized I have finals to study for so I ended the job quick. I'll be hitting the hitch and some other parts soon. I am thinking of doing the lower portion of the truck in it.

Did you just spray it over the chrome, or was there major sanding involved?

our stuff sticks to anything.. but i scuffed it up very well before spraying it. it was still a rush job which I am kicking myself over.. but it turned out very well.

That liner can get addicting! It protects against the elements like no other.

thats exactly what I want to do, I am waiting for the guys to get a little better at spraying it though.. Its a new system for us and its only been in use for a few months, and its harder to spray the sides and get the texture desired.

I used a rattle can of duplicolor bed liner on my front bumper. i went the cheap way out cause of plans of a cuustom bumper. Here is a pic.

I also used the roll on bed liner in the cab.

Thanks.
I don't really like the wheels either, but I got em. I'm either trading or blacking em out.
