Spotlights

Does any body have a spotlight in their 4runner, one thats built-in that you can control from the inside, while your driving, just like police cars?

I think that would be sickkkk to have one, or maybe even two, for both the driver and passenger. So if anyone has had it done, knows someone whos done it, and level of difficulty to do so let me know please. Thanks
