Well I went back to the shop and locked the hubs and messed around with the tires and once again I could not produce a sound at all.I tugged and pushed and twisted everything I could get my hand on and nothing!!!I call my dad and let him know that there is funny noises coming from the front end I made him ride with me because I didn't think he understood what they sounded like.He doesn't believe its anything to do with the cv and he says its not the shocks. He is lost and so am I.I did notice the front ride tire is pretty hard to turn when suspended like way harder than the left. What else could be making a rattleing/loose noise every tire rotation?

well, what's it sound like?
try maybe unlocking that hub, and turning the CV from underneath, and maybe you'll feel it in the DIFF or something..

I don't have manual hubs I have automatic hubs.It sounds exactly like something loose that is rattling it come from both tire areas and is extremely noticeable at 20 mph.I did turn the cvs from the bottom side they arnt loose in any way lock hubs or unlock they seem fine.I just cant believe I couldn't reproduce the sound with the front up.

If you have automatic hubs make sure you're turning the wheels like they would be going forward on the ground.

IIRC, the toyota hubs unlock when you go in reverse at two wheel turns, so turn them like you're going forward.
See if you can feel any type of vibration when you turn the wheel..

By front right tire you mean the passengers side front? Because that's the side where the CV gets used the hardest... (Right turns are more prevalent in the US)

on a side note:
You said you made the spindle lubricator? Well, if you did, fill it with grease, screw it on, and use your grease gun to push grease into the spindle.

Yes I did make one, hoever I have doubt of it working and I Don't feel confident enough to break down the front end to do it.I wish I could see some reassembly pics and I wouldn't feel that bad about doing it.

Actually, all you really need to do is take off the wheel, the hub, and the gold bolt.

Trust me, i didnt feel confident enough to rip apart the front of my truck either, but it's really not a complicated system once you've gotten into it.

Ignore the fact he has manual hubs, and strip your Hub assy. down to what it looks like in picture 12.
You should see the CV join poking through the Spindle, and then the huge nuts holding everything on.
Then, screw on your grease filled spindle greaser, and use a grease gun to load up that spindle.
When you see new grease coming out the other side, stop. Whipe off the old grease (if theres any in there) and begin reassembling the hub.
I used that write up, accompanied with the Factory Service Manual to disassemble and re-assemble my entire front end.
