spare tire rack

i was wondering where i can get my handss on a spare tire rack something like this one?? i would make one but i cant get my hands on a pipe bender..

Thats a fabtec rack. I sold mine to a buddy and hes had nothing but issues with it. It could be how he mounted it tho.
