sorry probably a repeat question!

I am in a bit of a hurry, due to a death in the family, and timing also. I have searched on here, and was wondering if the landcruiser rear coil springs will work in my 94 4runner and lift it a little. and about how much of a lift. i was thinking i saw it on here but can't find the thread in a quick search. a friend just lifted his cruiser and is going to give me the springs if they will work or should i just go with aftermarket? i know the thread is probably under my nose, but he needs to know today, and i have to go to the funeral. can anyone give me some advise.. i would greatly appreciate it!!

They will lift it too much unless you do something with the front. Ball joint spacers are the most popular method. I'd research them yourself though. Lots of people love em and lots of people hate them. I could be wrong but I think the LC cruiser coils give you close to 3" of lift.

thanks, i was wanting to lift it a little, but not too much at this time, so that may be the way to go.

You could cut them, though.
