I've now seen an '85 and an '86 xtra cab pickup with a solid rear window but cannot seem to figure out where they were obtained. Does anyone have a lead on where to find them or if they are off another model?

 

The part number I found, 64811-89120, shows it's still available. Not over-priced either.
But please check the part number against your vin to make sure it's correct.

 

Thanks, I found that one too but it doesn't fit Xtra cab trucks, only regular cabs. The Xtra cab has a larger rear window.

 

Yep, my bad.
I did find the part number for the xtracab, but all show discontinued. Considering it was $452.00 probably just as well.
I'd watch the wrecking yards. download the PYP to your phone and add 84-88 Toyota pick up to your garage to get notifications

 

I check the local wrecking yard stock every day. Hopefully it pays off.

 

I got a local glass shop to get me one. Charged 100. installed. Try one that does windshields they're gonna know what you need and where to get it.
