yeah its stupid, and thats one of the reasons im looking to get out of this dungpile state. not the smog machine itself, but the fact that theyd even consider spending millions of taxdollars on something like that is absurd

I highly doubt that will pass, but ive been wrong before.

I really like California, but some the laws are so ridiculous, and thats what makes me wanna move if anything.

A few winters ago, we got a little over 4 feet of snow in 24 hours, 2 1/2 of those were in 8 hours.

We havent gotten that much snow at one time since that winter though.

If you like the snow and the cold, then by all means, move to Alaska. Just so you know...In january, the high temperature for almost a weeks straight was -40F ... Its not that cold everywhere though...

it snowed down here in south east texas in december( about 4 inchs), and it was the first snow in 24 years!! I didnt even have my yota then, I wanted to sooo bad, it was in mid SAS!! So i just went snow driving in the chevy, was pretty fun, wasnt as bad as some people make it seem! Maybe Im just a good driver cause in that one night, there were 88 accidents!!

No one knows how to drive in snow!!! Cept me...haha

Well I finally got the pictures uploaded...did not get a video

Her is a pic of the mighty beast after the work was done (please no critics on the plow, it was temporary for this year )

Another Pic

A little bit of ice build up - I love hitting those snow banks!

Snow beside my Garage

Snow pushed across the road

We got at least 20 inches of snow when it was all said and done, what a storm!!!

Although I like the snow I can't wait until I can get onto the old trails again - mud = fun!

I wish it would quit raining. I was liking the drought. It's been sunny only 6 days this month.

I'm trying to convince my wife to move to the right coast of Canada but she has some crazy notion about it being colder there.

I keep arguing that if we moved out there I'd have enough money left over after buying a new house I could get an Unimog too. She keeps saying something about property being cheap because no one wants to live there... go figger..

tell your wife she's nutz! you ask anyone who's been to or is from the maritimes, everyone gets kinda glassy eyed and reminiscent of the coast. we just moved to the south shore of nova scotia from the central yukon. haven't looked back once. it was -50C this winter back home, menawhile it was +6C here! i haven't worn a 'winter coat' yet this winter. i just wear a sweater and a fleece, maybe a touque if it's snowing.

property is really cheap here. we just bought waterfront, 1.5 acres with a 3000 square foot six bedroom victorian home built in 1859 for
$115k. property is cheap here, and trust me, people want to be here.

besides, who wouldn't want to plow shovel snowblow sand salt repeat repeat all winter? we get tons of snow here, last week we were in rough shape, this week it's newbrunswick.

So many reasons to move out there and only one wife holding me back...

I listed the house anyway... maybe she'll soften up when the house is sold.
