I personally like my smittybuilt bumpers. I havent had an issue yet and i have been yanked out of mud up to the top of my tire and didn't have any issues. The hi-jack didn't hurt it either. IMO it's a stout bumper and it looks good.
Since they're not made anymore i would look on your loacl craigslist or maybe ebay.

I had a front. Know people who have had rears. Crappiest bumper ever.

Does it help at all if i tell you a pulled one off my rig and replaced it with the stock bumper?

i wouldn't say they are the crappiest bumpers ever but no there not the best, and they do offer a lot more protection than the stock tin can bumper.

I have a rear on, got it for cheap after it was on a roll over. I had to take off one whole bracket and straighten it and weld it back on. And bend where the hitch would go in back as good as possible. Still wont tow anything more then 500 lbs. Out of a 10 i would give it a 6. Mostly cause lasting this long with not much rust and for lasting atleast twenty years.

Haters! I just watched back to the future. That's why I'm asking. Ezrider, is it a front bumper? And how much do you want for it?

I've got a pair Of them to put on my 88 for like $50, but I don't know how much I like them yet, they look great, but it's gonna be a pita to make the mounting brackets!
