They should fit. If not, so close that you should be able to modify to fit.
Measure the frame width on both trucks. I think they are the same. Rear bumper anyway. I think the width of the bumpers fits both. The front bolts to the body/core support mounts. You're going to have to measure to verify.
The overall size and shape of the bumpers should work. If the mounts are off, easy to modify or fabricate new if you have some welding/fabricating skills. Good luck with your project.
