smitty built rear bumper?

i bought a smitty built for my 88 and the guy built a braket for it for his 88 where do they bolt on normaly here a link to it

ya i know that but did the smitty bumpers come with something to attach them to the frame

bolts usually attach bumpers to the frame. Look at how your bumper currently is attached. That "new" bumper should attach at the same points. If not, chances are the seller of the bumper did some custom fancy pants stuff. And fyi, that "new" bumper is modified. Those hangers on it don't look like they came from smitty built like that.
