side trim removal help

side trim removal help
I am repainting my truck and I cant figure out how to remove the trim behind the side windows of my regular cab pickup.
I looked in my FSM and it covers most everything except that. I dont want to break them as I dont want to pay to replace them.
any help is appreciated
