Did you cross the jumper cable wires? Did you replace the fuse that blew? What is the truck doing?no power anywhere, not starting?

there's no power to the truck at all unless I put a screw driver in the 80 amp fuse! Then there's power but then the truck still won't turn over it's just like a click noise not as the battery is dead. Idk what to do

No telling what's fried if you stuck a screwdriver in the fuse slot. Defiantly a no no.

There is no power even when you replaced fuse with a good one?
Double check your starter wiring make sure it's tight, and no nicks in the insulation that could ground out.

Do you mean to say it also blew your EFI fuse and TAILlamp fuse?

If, and only IF, you wired the starter correctly, AND IF, and only IF, you or shop did NOT mess with anything else, I could not think of anything on that starter that would draw 80 amperes enough to blow your Fusible Link.

IF the shop wrongly connected the supply to your starter solenoid to the supply bolt of your starter motor , yes cranking current running through your starter motor could easily blow the fuse.

Wanna post a diagram or pictures of how exactly shop wired to your starter? Otherwise, other members who may be thousands of miles away from you could not visualize what's going on.
