I had my heads redone and when I bought the head bolt kit from Orielys it did not come with the short head bolts that go down in the corner of the head. The book says you torque these bolts after you do the long bolts. Do they need to be new also? Do they have the stretch factor going for them also?

 

No. They are not TTY.
