sheared lock-right pins symptoms?

I run a lock right in my 7.5" ifs front and today I had some issues with the front right wheel not locking in. At first I thought it was the manual hub but after having someone watch the cv axle while sitting in some sand with my bumper against a tree the cv was not spinning. It seems to come and go and only on the passenger side. Driver side stays locked in while at random the passenger side will unlock and I'm down to 3 wheel drive. Is this a sign that I sheared the pins in my lock-right and only sometimes I'm locked? I'm not sure what else would cause one side to just unlock like that.

No. If your pins were messed up, the locker would stay 100% spooled.

Do you hear the locker clicking while turning the wheels? Do you have any binding of the cv joints?

When I jacked up my rear end, my one tire was JUSt slightly touching the ground. Enough for the locker to unlock..

when my hubs are locked and I'm in 2 wheel I can hear the front ratchet if I turn or go in a circle. I jacked up the front and rear and went as far as to leave the driver side hub unlocked with the passenger side locked and put it in 4 low. While idling I slowly started putting pressure on the brakes to see if it would unlocked. I tried this in forward and reverse, sometimes rather violently. Every time it stayed locked in, to the point of stalling out a couple times. This one has me baffled.
