Seating position in a 86-89 pickup

I've not purchased an 86-89 pickup yet, I was wondering if I can fit into one comfortably and without my legs in the way of the steering wheel. I am 6'3 with long legs.

Was tilt steering ever an option?

Preferably I would like to find a truck with the extra cab section, would I still be able to drive comfortably in the regular cab?

Also can some take some interior pics of the extra cab section, is it just a space to store stuff or is there a small bench seat back there?

find a x-cab 3rd gen 89-95. Then rock with the seats all the way back, tight but doable.

I dont like the shape, I really like the flared arches on the 2nd gen.

Well, its tight. The x-cab on the 2nd gen is small. But it give you a few more inches of room to let your seat back. But thats it.

Find a 2nd gen and see if you can ask the owner if you can sit in it...

Some did come with a tilt wheel, like mine. Im 5' 11'' and i have the seat moved forward quiet a bit. My buddy is 6' 3'' and he's owned an 84 toyota pickup, and an 87 toyota pickup.
