RV and Pickup 22RE differences?

Are there any differences between the RV 22RE and the one that they put in pickups other than the exhaust manifold and cam?
Specifically are the valve sizes on the RV head larger than the pickup counterpart?
Are there any other differences?

There are no differences of any kind...period. Why would there be?

Maybe because there's no such thing as "the RV 22R-E"

Even though there have been 22RE based RV's (anyone claiming to know anything about Toyota trucks should know about the Dolphin and others), and U-Haul trucks (though they tended to be the 88+ V6 type), and 22RE based 1 ton and others....
... under the hood, it's still a 22re.

There could be differences in the rear end, if it's a dually for instance, and possibly the transmission, but other than that there's no difference engine-wise.

I had seen on engnbldr's that the RV head he sells has O/S valves and was not sure if that was a RV thing or something he does to his heads.
Who makes a good flowing reasonably priced head other than LCE or engnbldr?
Any real good machinists you would recommend for a rebuild, port and polish on the current head and intake?

So, the cam is the same as the pickup too?

Yes. The term RV cam refers to a type of camshaft grind. Not necessarily the vehicle it's installed in. You can put an RV cam in any vehicle. And just because it's an RV doesn't mean it has an RV cam. RV cams are best suited for one though, since it's harder to get a heavier vehicle moving. And they assist in that by providing more low end power/torque.

Race Camshaft, Street Cam, RV Camshaft: What is the Difference?

In a nutshell:

RV cam = better low rpm torque
Street cam = better middle rpm torque
Race cam = better high rpm torque
