Running start up hills

Well as the title says I have to get a running start up any kind of small hill otherwise my 22RE will bogging down and just stop, I have to take it out of drive and manually put it in first gear and it still bogs down almost to the point to where I won't be able to make it up. I replace the TPS and that did nothing, other than that it runs good on flat roads.Any ideas?

getting close! I have managed to get it to where it runs great on the road however I still have no power going uphill, once I have it 100% figured out I'll be going back to my original post and update everyone on what the final issue was
