Rumbling after OME Lift?

Rumbling after OME Lift?
Hi folks,
After I installed my rear MD OME leafs and nitrocharger shocks I noticed two things after I took it around the block 1.) my parking brake cable had snapped, and 2.) the truck rumbles in around 15-27 mph (auto trans). I really am not sure what that rumbling could be. I was hoping it would go away when I did the torsion bars, front shocks, and steering stabilizer, but it is still there. Any thoughts? Bit stumped - it feels drive train related, but I didn't touch anything over there.

I'd say a worn u-joint or tailshaft bearing doesn't like the stress from the increased angle of your driveshaft.

Any way you can rack it and run it up in the air?
these work great for situations like this. Auto technician stethoscope.
But I agree about the driveline. I'd look there first.
