RPM and Fuel Gauges off!!

RPM and Fuel Gauges off!!
Hello all,
I have a 90 pickup 4x4 v6...
My RPM Gauge and my FUEL Gauge is off.... What can I check\change to solve these issues?
The RPM sits lower than it should be and doesn't pass 4000 rpm...
The FUEL is weird.. sits on full for over 100kms than drops to 1/4 tank till its empty!
