Rough idle and noise after engine work

Replaced valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket, spark plugs and wires. When I got it back together it was idling really rough and making this noise you can hear in the link. Battery was pulled for the work and I replaced a couple of hoses. I've taken it on a couple of test drives around the block and the noise and vibration has gotten better but still comes around when I throw it in 4H or idle for a while. Any thoughts are appreciated before I throw in the towel and take it into the shop.

Does it feel like its misfiring? Maybe you switched two of the spark plug wires by accident?

Its possible it's a misfire, but I've double checked the plugs at this point. I'm not 100% sure that one of the fuel injector connectors didn't wiggle out for how loose they were but it's hard to tell with the passengers side being so buried.

For reference, took it in to get diagnosed and they were able to snake a camera in to have a look and a fuel injector connector had come loose.
