Ring and Pinion Jig

Anyone have a description or pics or links to 3rd member garage jig to use to change my gears, going from 4.56 to 4.88's and want to do myself. Also anyone have an opinion on who makes the best gear sets besides OEM?

Ive got Yukon 4.88s and am very happy, Ive got 30,000 miles on them and just put a truetrac in the rear and the gears looked great. The 4.88s were put in @ a gear shop so I do not that experience to help you.
