Requirements to replace rear exhaust side rocker arm?

A piece of my rear exhaust rocker arm chipped off, I found 1 piece which is about half of what chipped off (still trying to look around in the valve area for the other piece -_-

Anywho, is there a way I can just remove and replace the rear exhaust rocker arm without fully unbolting the head??

Is this a 4 cylinder?
I don't think it will work based upon personal experience. I did a cam swap once without replacing the head gasket and the 20R ran for about 100 miles before the head gasket let go.

No way to remove the rockers or cam without removing the head bolts. Some people have tried some hokey methods to hold the head down while the rocker assembly is removed. I wouldn't trust it. Kind of a crappy setup how that all works but it's what we have.
