Replacing seal in top of steering gear

The seal in my steering gear where the steering wheel shaft goes through is leaking. Is tha much of a job? I think the rest of it is okay.

Would you mind doing a write-up and take pics? Mine has had a slow leak for years. I've been puting in Lucas PS fluid and it has slowed the leak considerably, but I would like to fix it some day. There is a writeup on frankentaco.com too
