Replacing Fusible Link

Hi, I can see my Fuse is blown.. 1992 4Runner V6
How do I get to the 80A fusible link in the engine bay area? I understand it is held in by screws, but what do I need to do to the main fuse box area to get it out? Thanks.

You have to seperate the top of the fuse box from the bottom. I think the two pieces just clip together.

yeah the bottom just clips off and you have to push the fuse through the bottom and there is a 10mm and a 8mm bolt on there holding the wires on i believe

Just don't pry at it. I busted mine up a month ago.....I'm a dumbass

You need to unbolt it from the bottom side.

Unbolt the whole fuse box, then it should be easy to seperate the fusible link portion.

X2 word for word!! I pryed at mine and busted it up last month to. Definitely unbolt the box from the fender. Nobody mentioned this but you should really disconnect the battery first.
