Replacing Camshaft need help

I am doing a head job on my 3.0 and the driverside rear lifter was seized and the shim was busted in half. because of that the lobe on the camshaft is ground down i am replacing the cam.

my question is can i just replace the one lifter and shim with the new camshaft or do i need to replace all the shims on the driver side?
