replacement for inside fuel door? - question for slacker

anyone know of a replacement piece for what surrounds the fuel filler neck? my truck's got fiberglass bed sides and whoever installed them (PO) just riveted 'em on over the original rusty metal. the piece of metal that the fuel filler door + filler neck are attached to is so rusty the filler door is about to fall off.

anyone make replacements for this? corey's got the fuel doors on his site, but not the inner part.

thanks for any advice
