First push your seat all the way back and you will see a screw that on the side just like the one you have out but below where the coin holders are. Then theres two more inside the storage compartment.
But I would suggest you put a lite switch on the left side of the steering column, theres two pushouts there. I put my rear window up/down switch there, cause drinks and dirt just fill the switches.
Good luck

Did you get the center console out? Im guessing you've found the four bolts at the bottom of the lower compartment of the console. 10mm socket I think. Ive got a question for you, I removed mine and was taking the shifting handle off and the screws wont go back in or come back out, have you or anyone else had this problem?

You can take out the coin holders and cut them up and they make pretty nice switch holders. Thats what I did in my 4runner, holds the switches good and they are firmly in place. Nice and easy access to.

I wanted to add to my thread answer. the little screws that go into the shift handle had these locking type washers on them. I have tried to force them all the way in to the metal handle but no luck and they wont back out either.
