Question removing 3" body lift blocks

I have an 86 4runner. The previous owner installed 3" body lift blocks, a bit more than I will need. How difficult are they to remove and can it be done in my driveway? I am replacing my 33's with 31x9.5x15 I don't think the additional space is necessary?

if your going to go with that size tire definitaly remove the blocks and it should not be a had remova atall probably easier than install. good luck
