Hi:
You didn't say if your truck is a 22R or a 22-RE. If your truck is a 22-RE and it has an Electronic Controlled Transmission (ECT) then you do not have an O/D relay. The ECT computer controls the shift solenoids in the transmission. If it doesn't have ETC then the O/D relay is up under the dash on the drivers side below, but in line with the vent to the left of the steering wheel.
If you have a light on your dash that says "Overdrive Off light" and a Overdrive button on your console shift then you have an ETC controlled unit. Also check the tag under your hood on the firewall for either (A340E) or (A43D). A340E is an ECT transmission used in 2wd trucks, the FSM doesn't elaborate too much on the A43D, other than that it is an oil pressure type controlled transmission, but I would assume that this transmission is found behind carbed 22R engines.
Hope this helps!

I've looked more at the wiring diagrams, both systems (ECT and non-ECT) have the O/D off light. Not a lot of info about the O/D relay, but near as I can tell it should have A connector with 3 terminals (possibly 4). Blue wire is power coming from the 15A wiper fuse. Black/Yellow goes to the O/D solenoid. Black/Red goes to the EFI computer and a branch goes to the O/D Off light. If your truck has Cruise Control there Will be a 4th wire. This wire is Black/Green and has a comon connection with the Black/Red. The wiring diagram shows this wire making a connection in the relay, thus there could be a 4th. terminal on the relay, but generally these connections are made outside the relay, so I suspect if your truck has cruise you will find a female spade terminal in the connector that has both a Black/Red and a Black/Green wire attached to it.

I have a 22R. So if im understanding this correctly the relay is located under the vent directly with the other relays and fuses? I've looked at this panel trying to find it but it isn't labeled. Do you know what it would have on the label?

According to the FSM it doesn't look like it's behind the drivers side Kick panel, with the fuses and relays that you speak of. It looks like it's up under the dash probably just squeezed up beside the defroster/vent piping. Auto relays are seldom labled, due to the fact that the same relay can be used for different circuits. With a light see if you can see if anything is fastened to the dash supports or the cap to the left of the vent piping. It looks very close to the front of the vent. If you take the shroud off of your speedometer (8-10 phillips screws) you might be able to see it behind the dash support.
Look for the wire colors and # of wires that I gave you earlier
