reciever hitch?

who sells the best reciever hitch in terms of quality and value for our trucks? i did a little looking and was seeing stuff for over $200? i wasn't expecting to pay over $150 if i'm gonna install this thing myself...

I have a reese & love it. easy to bolt up & very strong

Get the reese. You won't be able to haul super heavy things so you don't need the absolute best.

I bought a Draw Tite to dangle my 375 lb. 4 stroke dirtbike off the back of my truck on. It's worked just fine. I'm thinking of replacing my stock bumper and the Draw Tite with something like this:

That bumper is $300 though . . . and I don't know what its load carrying capacity is.

there is also a company called Curt that makes some nice stuff. not sure about the price, but...

Weld up your own - Tractor Supply has the raw tubes for the receiver to go into.

I have an allpro on my rig, and have towed 5K with it....

I also have a stock hitch and rear bumper for sale ('92). Not sure if it would fit, but my price is proablly best....

kyle, check out ebay, i got a "Quality-S" brand, class 3 rated to 3,000 pounds, all the steel is 1/4" thick, nice welds. good quality and $100 shipped to my door.

i have a draw tite hitch, rated at 5000 pounds, its got 4 mounting bolts on each side 8 total its super strong, i love it especially cause i got it for $25 from my neighbor couldn't tell you how much it is new though

yeah, the weight isn't much of a concern for me -- my fishing boat probably weighs in at under 1000lbs fully loaded with gear.
