rebuilt my 3vze and it has no power

I have a 92 with a 3vze i just rebuit the engine top and bottow, all timing is perferct, changed the fuel filter, cleaned & flowed injectors , but the spark plugs are ghost white wich makes me think its running lean even though there is no codes. could it be my fuel pressure regulator or my gas tank sock, i have good pressure but i have not checked the volume.
any ideas would really help, i cant figure it out

What is the point of even replying with a retarded answer like that? and adding another USELESS thread to the database. Most likely you just don't have knowledge of engine operations and thats why you replied with what you did

Double check your timing marks, and make sure your ignition timing is good. Check your mass air flow sensor and for big vacuum leaks. Just make sure you check the basics, vacuum test, compression, cylinder leak down, fuel pres. test. If it really has no power something will be out of wack

I just put mine back together, it had no power. Turns out my distributor was off. I pulled it, and set it back in one notch counter-clockwise. Now it runs like it should.
