Rebuild Questions
So I got my 94 Toyota Pickup all back together (and it is running champion) and I thought I might make a report for future thread readers as well as ask a few questions. The rebuild included the following:
-New cylinder head
-Timing chain kit
-Water Pump
-Oil Pump
-New Plugs
-Two new rocker arms
-Intake and Exhaust header bolt studs
The cylinder head came from Johnsons Quality machine in Oregon. Super nice to deal with on phone, fast shipping, cylinder head looked very nice when received. Valves we already installed as well as new camshaft. I did not opt for the cam shaft upgrade.
All of my other parts (except bolt studs) were ordered from Partsdinosaur in Arizona. Also very cool to work with via email and super fast shipping as well.
I got the bolt studs from LCE performance and they were worth the price imho.
I have pictures of the entire process if anyone is interested. Basically I took everything out down to the block then came back up.

So now my question. I cannot find the wire for my knock sensor on the side of the engine block under the fuel intake manifold. A coworker has suggested that perhaps it was not used in this truck. I thought I remembered removing the wire, but have no picture of doing it. Does anyone know where it is in the wire harness?
