Curiously, who the heck do you take the leafs to, to have them rearched anyways?

I have no idea. I've never had it done or asked about it. I've just heard the idea of having it done mentioned before in past conversation with a friend. Look in the yellow pages. Ask any 4x4, alignment, or muffler shops. They may be able to steer you in the right direction.

Thing is, from all I've heard, having them rearched isn't real effective. It doesn't last all that long, comparitively, once the springs are already fatigued. Are you considering having it done?

Yea, b/c my springs are pretty shot. My overload touches the rest of the leaves..

What I have thought for my lift (note this is for my T100 btw) is a AAL 3 leaf progressive leaf pack lift which should gain me about 1.5. Its actually for the tundra but its the same.. Course if that doesnt work, b/c the rest of the leaves are no good what I will do is see if I can use tundra leafs and the AAL pack.

You might want to a little reading about the AAL pack. It seems not everyone has been completely satisfied with it.

I have been looking at some options to go along with my BJ spacers.

I was wondering if you could use the Deaver 3 Pack along with a small Shackle lift? I'm talking maybe a 1" max lift shackle. What's the most that someone has gotten with the Deaver 3 Pack? Is this over the stock height? I'll have a CBI Offroad Fab bumper on the truck soon to take into consideration. I'm sure that I'll have a spare tire but that will just be out on the trail. Would it be worth it to pay the extra money for some OME 3" leaf springs vs the 3 pack?

I couldn't tell you. You might want to post your own thread about it, if you haven't found enough through a search. You might get more responses. I do know OME is a very good product, though.

I really don't see how any one lift might be worse per say then another. I understand that they are going to be stiffer and make angles on the driveshaft a little more, but that's with any type of rear lift.

I still don't understand why you think that an AAL is a bad thing?!?!?

Just did this today. Used some slightly bigger coils off a CJ I believe (14" 250# 6"d), and it ended up givin me about 4" of lift. Only now I got some nasty vibration sound (probably from the driveshaft) that I caint figure out

alright i installed it tonight .big fricken springs went from draggin to 2 inches over stock.has that nice level look i was looking for. now i can fit 33's. but the springs are way to wide. i may change them out for jeep springs. th tires on it now are 30x9.5 and they almost rub the springs. so when i o bigger i'll have to get rims with less backspace. pics on monday
