Random stalling on startup?

Hey, new to the forum so bare with me now. Recently I've been having problems with my 94' pickup with the 22re. Keep in mind it is a freshly rebuilt engine with only 20000km on it. Almost 95% of the time it starts up perfectly with no issues, yet it occasionally starts and idles very rough followed by immediately stalling. I have no check engine lights, cleaned the VAFM connections and removed/cleaned the EGR valve and have noticed this random stalling still occurring. Any thoughts of what else I could try to fix this problem? Cheers!

Some things to check is to burp the cooling system, no vacuum leaks, valves adjusted, all sensors cleaned and I would check to see if the dash pot is operating correctly.

I forgot to say in my original post but I've checked the dash pot and cleaned the sensors. Although I will take a much closer for a vacuum leak. What would burping the coolant system do?
